Hi, I’m Noelle Dacayo, a Toronto based E‑Commerce & Technical Operations Specialist who loves building digital systems that feel intuitive, reliable, and genuinely helpful. My work sits at the intersection of platform administration, security, analytics, marketing, and user‑focused web experiences.

At SimpleBasics, I manage the technical foundations that keep the business running smoothly: DNS and domain configuration, Google Workspace and Zoho Mail administration, security assessments, analytics integrations, and CMS updates. I also support e‑commerce and marketing efforts by creating branded visuals, generating product imagery, and developing tools like an interactive Canada‑wide customer heatmap to visualize demand and better understand our audience.

I’m especially interested in how digital platforms empower people. Whether that’s helping a small business communicate more clearly, understand its customers, or giving creators a stable place to share their work.
